"Good weekend stay in mid-March. Our room was close to the garage entrance and the Rudder (restaurant/ bar next door.) We could hear people coming and going and while it was fine in the off-season, I would expect it could be loud in the summer (unless you are out having a good time with all the other summer people). It was thoughtful that earplugs were supplied - first time I've seen that!"

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Atlantic Ocean Side Hotel in Dewey Beach for opening weekend! From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, welcoming, and relaxing. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach and all Dewey has to offer! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a stress-free getaway. The staff was so very friendly and accommodating, always ready with a smile and very helpful. We love how laid-back the atmosphere is and being in the heart of Dewey with all the fun things to do. "Room was ok, no tub, there was black mold on the bottom of the shower curtain, nothing to hold your soap or shampoo.. Mirror was warped at the bottom and paint chipping off. Walls are very thin could everything our neighbors were doing. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
