- This beach rental is located at the end of McKinley Street right on the beach. Unit #1 is located at the end of the condominium providing a private, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. With 3 decks and an outside shower, there is never a reason to be indoors. Located in the heart of Dewey Beach, Surfside Plaza is steps from the restaurants, bars, and shopping of Dewey Beach. The Jolly Trolly stop is just up the block and a 7 minute ride from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk.

This was our second stay here. It is a fabulous location and the two outdoor spaces make it so easy to enjoy the ocean and the beach that is only a few steps away. More than a great location, this is a fully equipped home and simply a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! The owners were incredibly responsive and efficient with communication from start to finish, which made everything so easy. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially loved the easy access to the beach—it made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you for a great experience. We absolutely loved our stay even though the weather didn’t cooperate. The views from the balconies were amazing and the ease of access to both the ocean and restaurants were spectacular. Communication with the host made checking in very easy. Great home with plenty of space!

I had a lovely off-season stay with my kids and highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to recharge by the beach. The ocean views are unmatched (2 balconies!), the place is clean and has the rooms/kitchen have everything you need. Communication with my host was terrific too. There’s also a great coffee shop at the end of the block!

Third time staying in building but first in this end unit. It was great being on end unit. House had all we needed for extended weekend during off season. Owner was very responsive. We will book again.

The place is as billed. It was clean and ready for us (early). It really is steps from the beach and the views are incredible. The dogs loved watching activity on the beach from the top floor balcony! On Saturday we all watched the Doodle Romp at Dewey, the whole thing was yards away. Kerry was very responsive, it was a great long weekend. The only negative was bad weather, but that was interesting to watch over the ocean.We will be back!

Incredible location
Location was perfect and the sunsets from the upper deck were beautiful. Walk out the door and you have a short walk to water’s edge or to a great choice of restaurants and shops. This is the vacation rental my family has been wishing for.
