They have a proper clean and functioning room, for an good price tag. The staff were very helpful and they have luggage storage as well. They are a great location too and their parking space is great as well.i recommended this hotel thank you

Absolutely wonderful. Staff were all very friendly and attentive, the views from the rooms are breathtaking and the whole experience was one of peace and quiet., I'd definitely try them then.

It was totally worthy Staying at hotel the nest. Room were cleaned and it actually gave me a very cozy vibe . The staff was full of energy , they actually comforted us beyond what we expected. Doesn't matter if you're travelling solo or in the group, this place will give you the amazing experience.

1. Service: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. From the efficient check-in process to the attentive housekeeping, every interaction was pleasant and professional. 2. Cleanliness: The hotel was immaculate. My room was spotless and well-maintained, and the common areas were equally well-kept. 3. Amenities: privet bhathroom,giger,shop,dental kit sheving kit, shampoo, towels available. 4. Location: the hotel in mcleodganj, by car and walking distance, near Mall Road. 5. Food: food was delicious and taste. 6. Parking is also available. Overall rating 10/10

We didn’t book a taxi transfer from the airport with the hotel, which we regret as the taxi driver struggled to find the hotel. We had absolutely no problem with the taxi transfer to the airport organised by the hotel. He got to the airport in about 45mins. To get from the hotel to the main part of the town you have to walk up lots of steps. The room we stayed in was nice with a balcony to admire the Mountain View and a heater which was needed in the evenings in the second half of November. The bathroom was less inviting. To get hot water, you needed to turn the heater on in the bathroom, which we weren’t told about. The shower didn’t have a shower tray and wet a large part of the bathroom floor. When we arrived there wasn’t any toilet paper or bottled water, but this was provided on request. We didn’t have breakfast but we did eat at the hotel once. Lots of things on the menu weren’t available and the restaurant area was very cold. We ate with our coats on. There is an outside rooftop dining area which I imagine is very pleasant on warm summer evenings. Final thing to be aware of, but nothing to do with the hotel is lots of dog barking all through the night.
