「We loved our short stay at Katandra and didn't want to leave. The homestead is full of warmth and character, with the open kitchen/dining/lounge area, fire place and the wrap around verandah being the focal points for us. We also rented the separate cottage, also with a great view of the farm and the lake. Our dogs were kept comfortable with wide open space and fenced enclosure when needed. 「Great Location, our teenage kids enjoyed sunrises, sunsets and shell collecting into the night at low tide. One Mile beach has a great cafe and super friendly staff. David the owner who lives in the top villa was on hand swiftly to fixed up a little mix up with our booking. A few things that would of made our stay a little more comfortable would be blinds on the windows in the loungeroom/kitchen. Very glarey and had to wear our sunnies inside and couldn't watch the tv, read phones etc.Missing...

「Just a 2 min walk to the beach was just perfect. The veiws fron the upstairs balcony was just magic.Pet friendly was an added vonus with a doggie door in the laundry which was very convenient. My mum enjoyed the views from her bedroom and cant wait to rebook the property for our next stay.」
