「The cute house was in a good location and close to everything. It was exactly what the description and pictures showed. The best part for us was that there was a great fenced in yard where our dogs were allowed to run and play. The host was quick to respond to our questions and even though we weren't able to check in early, we had no issues during our stay. It was tight on the queen size beds but they were very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. We will definitely stay again!」

「The rental is Spacious and close to everything and the pricing is great. We were in town for a family emergency and had to work remotely and the internet was fantastic. The shower water pressure was also excellent. It made for perfect relaxing showers. My only complaints are that we are having to take a whole bag of trash 7 hours home because there’s no where to dispose of it on site. Luckily this trip we brought the truck but others may not be so lucky so keep that in mind if you’re booking....

「The train car was so unique! My grandchildren loved it! The kitchen was stocked with anything needed although we didn’t cook there. The mattresses were comfortable. The bathrooms we very nicely designed. We look forward to renting it again along with the smaller unit.」

「We rented the home for a surprise 80th birthday party for my husband's mom. Everyone loved the house. We had great grandkids racing in the front yard and the older generation played hacky sack out back. There was plenty of room in the kitchen to prep the lunch and display the cake. Mama loved exploring the home and the little articles about the houses history. She loves old structures. A wonderful place for her party and great memories for all the family.」

「This home has been renovated and you can feel the love and pretty finishing touches everywhere. With that said, there were some minor issues with cleanliness, which management did address. The quality of the mattresses and bedding could be improved The dogs loved the yard, and the location was central for Joplin. But overall the listing was very accurate and we made some wonderful memories with our family. .」
