"This is a beautiful 19th century castle converted into a charming luxury hotel. The lobby & restaurants are piece of history. Rooms are renovated, bathrooms are very stylish. The staff are very polite and hard working.
The breakfast buffet is delicious and dinner is fine dining a-la-carte menu with fantastic choices. The spa is very nice and the swimming pool is great. Free hotel shuttle to the ski area.

Boutique Hotel Engadinerhof – A Home for Generation
10/10 Excellent
"Engadinerhof is a really welcoming and comfortable place to stay in St. Moritz. The atmosphere is relaxed and cosy, and it feels more like a traditional, family-style hotel than a large chain property.
One of the highlights was the bar in the evening, where there was live music that added a nice, lively touch without being overwhelming. Breakfast was excellent, with a generous selection and great quality. The breakfast and bar staff stood out in particular — warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to chat and made the experience feel personal and inviting.
The ground-floor restaurant was also enjoyable and convenient for dinner. Our room was clean and well kept, and the hotel is located on a pleasant street that’s easy to stroll along.
A great option if you’re looking for a friendly, character-filled hotel with outstanding service."
"We had an absolutely delightful Christmas stay at Hotel Rosatsch. This was our very first time visiting the area, and it was a bit of a spur-of-the-moment booking while travelling in Italy from London — we decided to chase a white Christmas, and wow… did we get lucky! ✨❄️
The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Pontresina, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere. The premises are beautiful, tastefully decorated in a classic cosy Swiss style, and kept spotlessly clean. There’s so much to enjoy for the whole family, from the wellness area and pool to the kids’ playroom. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and a lovely place to relax after a day out.
But the true highlight of our stay was the staff. Everyone — from reception to the wellness centre team — was genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive to every little detail. Their warmth and care made our stay feel extra special and truly memorable.
A huge thank you to the entire team at Hotel Rosatsch. We couldn’t have asked for a better first visit, and we’ll definitely be coming back!"
"Everything went well and to our satisfaction, reception give excellent service at the front desk. thanks to Ms Regina Amberger and the reception team we took the most of our holiday. Recommended straight away "
"We stayed at Hotel Steinbeck for 2 nights to catch the Bernina Express and really enjoyed our stay here. The check-in staff was very friendly and offered to carry the luggage to our room. It was a classic hotel with an excellent restaurant and we were served with nutritious breakfast of a good variety and the lady who run the restaurant for breakfast was very friendly and efficient. Pontresina is a nice little town with majestic views of the mountains surrounding it and it is very quiet comparing to the big cities. "
