“This quaint apartment suited my needs as a home base for a solo fishing trip to the area. It was conveniently located in the heart of Texas City. The ungated apartment parking lot initially made me nervous, but I never experienced any issues despite much expensive fishing gear being visible in my truck. Being able to see it out the window of the apartment helped me feel better as well. The property manager remained in constant contact and was helpful as needed. Overall a good value.”

“This lovely condo is on the ground floor, perfect for someone with limited mobility, though there is a tall step to enter both front & back. I assume that it’s to prevent flooding as it is very close to the water. It’s a short walk to the Seawall, beach access, and several nice restaurants. There’s generous parking in the back so no need to search for street parking, big plus! I found this condo to be very clean & no sign of critters.The kitchen is fairly well stocked for cooking but……
