When we got there we played an expensive stay knowing our kids will enjoy their beautiful fun swimming however it was being posted here in Expedia that it is under maintenance. The rooms are gross the floor was like it was never cleaned, the carpet was like wet all the time, the linens looked uncleaned. The staffs are not approachable. I am just being honest with our whole stay in here. We stayed because it is non-refundable and we have nothing to book already. We know it is a peaked season but we hope hotels in ND could have improved

This is a dump. The parking lot is full of axel breaking potholes our room had holes in the credenza top, shower, safety rod pulled out of the wall, ice machines didn’t work on either floor, swimming pool was not available, and the whole place smelled bad.

The desk girls were too busy on their phones to help and not friendly. She said she would charge $45 for checking in 15 minutes early. When I started to walk out to wait 15 minutes in the car, she said, my manager isn't here so I can check you in now. The guy at the front desk was great, always helpful and nice. Ice machine didn't work, had to ask the front desk for ice. Our bedsheet had a big hole, the room had a hole in the wall. Will never stay here again.

Had two rooms, one had grass in the linens when opening the bed, the other had a pencil under the pillows. Both had unplugged alarm clocks that were not set )very minor as we don't use/need those anyways). The pool is advertised as having a "waterpark w/slide" but it is closed and blocked off - has been for a while per other reviews - which I didn't check ahead of time. This sucks when the whole reason you booked the place was for your kids to unwind after a full day traveling in the car. The pool is open, but the pool deck was messy (looked like mud near the pool deck drain) and the "Sauna" is boarded over and closed.

The staff members we encountered were very nice, but unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the hotel were unacceptable. The sheets looked dingy, the floors were heavily stained, the vent was rusted, and the towels were disheveled—some were visibly stained. Most concerning, the mattress itself was severely stained. The parking lot was also dark with lights burned out. I did not report these issues during our stay because they were not isolated housekeeping oversights. The overall condition of the room was so poor that it is difficult to believe management is unaware of it. These problems require more than a quick cleaning; the hotel needs a serious deep cleaning and replacement of worn, stained, and damaged items. The kind staff was the only positive part of our experience. Based on the condition of the room, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

Room was not great, it was overall pretty worn down floor heating along the wall was not out in just laying next to it and with us having a toddler it was hard to keep him away from it . The bathtub was not clean could see soap residue and hairs inside . It was also hot in room with A/C not keeping up. Housekeeping did not service my room as I didn’t have the DND on so it should have been serviced . Would have been nice to have trash taken out and new towels with a family of 6 in the room . And when I asked for a trash bag the front desk told me to take it to the dumpster. For the price overall not the best service and baby pool down and will not be back.
