「We were in the vicinity for a round of eldercare which instantly transformed into making funeral arrangements, and rounding up family from hither and yon. We needed a peaceful, quiet space at night, for many days, and we found it at the Baytown Hyatt. We had a view of Tabb's Bay, with sunset shadows when we were lucky enough to get to our room prior. 「Very nice hotel with retro vibes. The hotel is remodeled with style and got a cool retro feeling. The staff were amazing and the pool area is really cute. 「The room was wonderful! Clean and quiet. We loved the Happy hour drinks for the meet and greet. We met up with great people that was staying there as well. We did a tour of Galveston as a add on and it was great. We've been going to Galveston for over 30 years but never learned about the history. 」

「We were traveling to take my granddaughter to college from California to Houston and back we stayed in a hotel every night for 7 nights this was the best. It’s newly built. Very nice full size refrigerator was a very nice touch. The staff was very friendly. We reserved 1 room but when we got there they were so nice and so affordable that we went ahead and rented the one next door and sent the teenagers over there to have some space.
