It's a nice place, and we enjoyed staying there. A few things need some work, but nothing that seriously hampered our enjoyment.The elevator was a really nice feature, since we don't do stairs very well.

Nice stay in San Leon

We had a one night stay in San Leon since we had a sunset cruise in Kemah that lasted a little longer into the evening. The property manager was accommodating and responsive. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was also a very short drive away from the famous and wonderful Pier 6 restaurant

We enjoyed our stay. Nice home. A few things weren't perfect. Only 4 bath towels, low lighting, difficult for seniors. Sofa is terribly uncomfortable for extended stays Overall.. pleasant

I hosted a small party here with my friends,it was awesome everything went smoothly the owner was really laid back,the place was really spacious ,and clean the neighborhood is really calm.if you’re looking for a place to rent out for a couple days,this is it right here,I will most definitely come back !

I have amazing time !

Once I got here , it have beautiful view and I didn’t expect to be able to get on top to see better view , also I would warn yall to watch yall steps. Make sure to buy something from grocery store because there no foods around that much in the area, need to buy essential such as lights, water , emergency stuff just in case. I would come book again with my group and they did enjoyed it as well. Perfect to book this place for small party <3 they the best for that!

Damaged and Dirty

The property had significant damages that were hardly addressed. The stairs into the house were missing boards and rotten, causing us to trip and slip several times. The outside trash cans were overflowing with old garbage and spread around the parking area and yards. There were hundreds of maggots on the ground from the old trash that we had to step on to get in and out of the car or to the stairs. There 3rd story balcony was missing rails to prevent from falling off the house. Broken refrigerate with paper towels shoved in the dispenser to absorb leaking water. Wads of hair on shower wall, stains and smudges on bedspread and pillows. Mattress wrapped in plastic on kitchen/dining room floor, roaches inside and out. Property owner asked for feedback about our stay in bullet points, then did not respond to the issues we experienced. It has not been honored, but since the place was filthy, damaged, and unkempt, I requested a refund on the cleaning fee and the SURPRISE $90 “property damage insurance” they tacked onto the fees that I wasn’t expecting.

We lived in this area previously. The house is in a nice quiet area. It provides easy access to Kemah and Galveston. Numerous restaurants and activities within thirty miles or less. Good view of Galveston bay and shipping channel. Would stay there again.
