"This was a GREAT stay. The hotel is very complete, with lots of amenities, and everything was very clean and well maintained. We had a really good experience and would definitely stay here again. My only downside was that the bed was quite hard for my preference, but other than that, everything was great!"

Standout Rooftop: The absolute highlight was the rooftop lounge and bar. "We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel , but it is a bit of a trek into Florence . If you choose to walk it's about an hour or you can get the bus but that takes between 20 minutes with no traffic to over 40 minutes at busy times . We did use taxis occasionally but they are expensive 30 euros into town each way. But it was lovely to return to the peace and quiet after a long day sightseeing and using their wonderful swimming pool."
