「Very clean swimming pool. Breakfast from menu was not the healthiest but the staff catered to our needs. Prefer to see healthy options nowadays, Greek yoghurt, berries, granola, avocado and scrambled/poached eggs. There was a Sunday brunch which was well attended and there was lots of choice. Not all staff speak English very well, but Nouri the restaurant manager was delightful and Aran the waiter was most attentive. The food in the evening is of a very high standard, in fact we liked it so much...

「I guess I have been spoiled by the all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico. The resort staff are very helpful and friendly to guest, however the front desk staff needs training on customer relations. I had a problem with the room safe not working and spoke to the front desk. They told me the bell boy will take care of it. The bell boy came and looked at the safe and determined the batteries are dead. He asked me to wait while he went for new batteries.
