“Brilliant hotel for families in a great location.
Staff were lovely and helpful.
Only downside was that the baby slides are for babies and the bigger slides should be for 4years + not 120cm!
We only had one lifeguard refuse my 5 year old on our last day, the others allowed all kids on the slides otherwise the holiday would have been spoiled.
Siam park allows 110cm for slides 5 times the size!
Apart from that, great resort!”

“This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. “This hotel was set in a stunning area, the apartment was very comfortable and in excellent condition. Staff were on the most part very friendly and helpful.
The pool was beautiful and very quiet.

“This is an amazing small hotel inside the big hotel. All the amenities are beautiful with an impeccable service. All rooms are overlooking the ocean. There was an easy beach access from the pool area. We also had full access to the spa. Our room was very comfortable with sliding separating if the sleeping area from the sitting area. Overall, fantastic choice for a relaxing adult vacation. ”

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”
