“An expensive mistake met with appalling customer service.
I was booking many hotels via Expedia for our month-long trip in France, and accidentally made a duplicate reservation for two rooms for two nights at Brit Hotel Dieppe through Expedia.
I accept that the booking mistake was mine. What extremely disappointed me deeply was the handling of my request for help.
When I spoke with the manager, she told me that because I had booked through Expedia, I needed to seek a refund from them.……

“whilst the flat was spacious, central, and Dieppe was as lovely as ever,
there were some issues;
WiFi very poor kept dropping i suspect the whole property of flats were using it as no router in the flat
No bedroom black out blinds despite web page saying there were making it a very light room all through the night and sleep very difficult
no mention in description that the flat was on the 3rd floor and access was via an old spiral very tight staircase, if you are of limited mobility this is……
