「Did enjoy our stay. Happy for the indoor plumbing. However, being so close to the highway, you can actually hear/notice the traffic at night. We liked the our little backyard firepit picnic spot... The outdoor kitchen was different but worked out just fine. If No eating in the Geodome is part of the rules, cooking/dining in the rain should have something considered for the outdoor kitchen. Overall it was a nice little getaway :)」

「We had a beautiful stay at the lodge. Everyone was so friendly and inviting. The room was comfortable and the views were spectacular. Will definitely return for whale watching. The restaurant is incredible as well! 」

「The property was clean, cute and easy to get to! The rooms were lovely with added little touches like extra toothbrushes, water, and chocolates that made you feel at home. Loved our morning chats with Judie over a yummy breakfast! Judie also gave lots of good recommendations.」

「Everything was exactly as advertised. Peter was very responsive and helpful. The place was very clean and Diane, the property manager was so lovely. We got in late and she left a fresh apple pie waiting for us. She offered us a very warm welcome and recommended some wonderful local spots, which we loved. We definitely plan to return. 「beautiful older style property. The hostess was wonderful. it was about a five minute drive to sandy cove beach which is free to access and has a lovely grainy sand beach with excellent views. 」

「Great house, & views. Quiet location」

「We were two families with children and dogs and this was a perfect spot to stay for two nights. It had a beautiful view of the basin and two minutes from the ferry terminal. The owner was very welcoming and available 24/7. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The backyard was fenced so we could let the dogs out without worrying.」

「What a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a view of the bay!We have friends in Nova Scotia and they came to visit and were in awe with the location. We visit NS regularly and will definitely stay here again.」
