In a quiet University area. By tram you can travel to Dijon Centre. Breakfast was ok. Not much choices. Bad coffee.

We did not stay at the property. We turned around and found a decent room ar another hotel. Inacurate description - stating it is extended stay hotel, while it is more a student dorm with filthy room and faulty smell.

Nice rooms and happy with kitchenettes. I wish the rooms would be cleaned more often, I stayed over a week (8 days) and not once my room was cleaned (especially nobody took garbage out or even gave a new garbage bags), I had to ask for towels (otherwise I was given just 1 towel), and by the end I felt that it was really time to change sheets. Otherwise, nice property, spacious, easy location on a university campus.

Nice stopover for a long journey. Parking wasn't very easy, we weren't sure where we were or weren't permitted to park on the University campus. I thought the towels were a bit hard, and it would have been nice to have had some instant coffee, teabags and cartons of milk as we arrived quite late.

Very poor communication. Got a message in French on how to check in after hours. Requested the have that message sent in English, but no reply, so we had struggled to find location, the key codes, the boxes which had the room key in. It’s a Uni campus, very complicated to get to, to check in and when speaking to other travellers/customers, they found the whole check in process very difficult. Do not recommend, unless you like a challenge.

Had a very hard time finding how to get to front door of property. Our room was not very clean. Light bulb in entry way of our room kept flickering. Kitchen area had not been cleaned very well. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming.

Pros: Rooms are very spacious. The location is on a university campus with greenery and it was quiet when we were there. Cons: The parking is in a confusing place. Check-in counter is only manned for 1.5 hour. We made it on time but we saw others that arrived late and could not find their way to enter - because the hotel sends you an email on the day of your arrival to inform you how to obtain the keys outside of those hours. Make sure you try to check your emails if you will not arrive between 4-5.30. Funnily, the check-in time is so late but the check-out is comparingly early (10am the latest) so it makes the planning really complex. The WIFI keeps disconnecting and each time you have to re-enter the credentials on the sign-in page. The cleanliness of the property is pretty disappointing.

Das Hotel ist mit dem Pkw schwer zu erreichen. Trotz GPS findet man schwer die Anfahrt. Die Zimmer sind schön sauber und geräumig. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen im Universitätsgelände.

J’ai séjourné à la Maison Internationale de Dijon ce week-end. Dans l’ensemble, l’accueil et le confort étaient satisfaisants. La chambre était agréable, mais il faisait très chaud et il n’y avait ni climatisation ni ventilateur disponible. Côté cuisine, il manquait certains ustensiles essentiels, notamment des casseroles, ainsi qu’une pelle et balayette pour le ménage. La salle de bain était globalement propre, mais les toilettes auraient besoin d’un nettoyage plus en profondeur au fond, et la porte de la douche était abîmée. Un séjour correct, mais avec quelques points à améliorer pour plus de confort.

Chambre confortable sauf en cas de grosse chaleur

Sous 35 °, il faitbtres chaud dans les chambres exposees sud. Difficile de faire courant d air. Couloir suffocant (et sale, les murs et portes des parties communes sont pleines de traces de main). La fenetrebde chambre en verre est tres mal concue pour les forte chaleur. Le volet doit etre ouvert a plus de la moitie pour pouvoir aerer ce qui est detangeant pour avoir une chambre sombre la nuit. Il faudrait equiper ces chambres de ventilateur. Le petit dejeuner est tres indutriel. Tout le reste est bien, chambre propre et spacieuse, fonctionnelle et confortable. Accueil tres agreable. Les photos du site montrent une terrasse exterieure avec fauteuils et salon d ete alors que rien n etait installe dehors malgre un temps estival donc photo publicitaire un peu mensongere.

Résidence qui accepte les chiens située dans un espace arboré et tranquille, à côté des campus universitaires, proche du tram. Appart de style moderne simple et propre avec cuisine (vaisselle minimaliste) Possibilité d'un déjeuner style buffet, correct et assez varié, dans le hall ou en terrasse. Système de code et de boite à clef pour les arrivées après 18h, envoyé par mail ou par sms le jour de l'arrivée. Le personnel à l'accueil est gentil et souriant.

Bel hôtel mais pas très bien insonorisé. L'accueil ferme a 18h donc après il faut appeler pour avoir nos clés, je pense que envoyer les codes par mail aurait été plus pratique. Parking en travaux donc on n'a tourné un peu avant de trouver l'accès à l'hôtel. petit dej pas terrible.

Le compresseur du frigo de notre chambre ( N°210 ) a un niveau sonore supérieur à la normale, ce qui est gênant, la nuit, pour dormir. Hormis cela, le cadre est agréable et calme.
