It is a house of 100m2 located in a quiet street near the heart of historic city of Dijon. In fine weather, its terrace and garden allow you to enjoy the joys of the countryside in the city. As for the interior, it is functional and new, equipped and furnished with taste. This is a brand new house.
The house is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen open to the dining room, a living room, a bathroom. On the floor, three rooms and a second room of bath. At each level, a toilet.
