The Lookout is an absolute gem! It's a beautifully renovated beach bungalow & boasts all the modern comforts, yet retains its cozy charm! The 2 gas/log fireplaces add a touch of warmth and ambiance, perfect for those cozy evenings after a day of beach fun. Imagine the bright open kitchen being a hub for delicious meals and shared memories with up to 8 of your favorite people. The short walk to the beach is just the cherry on top of this beauty! - Living room - Is light bright &spacious w/ comfy seating and a cozy gas log fireplace. Doors open to deck! Let the Ocean air in!
- Dining area - large table , great for meals and game nights! Opens to deck!
- Bedroom 1 - Is on the main level and has a comfortable Queen sized bed
- Bathroom 1- Shower only, no bathtub - beautifully remodeled!

LOWER LEVEL
- Features a TV lounge w/ large, comfy sectional sofa, Gas/log Fireplace, Smart TV and DVD player
- Bedroom 2- Harry Potter-themed bunk bed room (2 Twins) and reading nook. Set off of family room area. Kids are going to LOVE IT!
- Bedroom 3 - Cozy w/ a Comfy Full sized bed
- Bathroom 2 - w/bathtub
- Laundry area w/stackable washer and dryer

- 4 car maximum - 3 in driveway by the garage off of Park Ave and 1 street-side in front of the house on Ocean View Ave.
- Due to the severe water crisis at Dillon Beach, we are kindly requesting all guests be respectful and conscientious of their water usage.
- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home & due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces only

The Lookout

This is a great property. The kitchen is very well equipped and supplied. Having the separate area downstairs would be great for families or extended families with kids. The only glitch was the check in process. We could not get the lockbox open, so spent 45 minutes waiting outside in the fog and wind, and talking with the property manager. Eventually they called back and said that they had changed the lockboxes recently and had not updated their check in procedure with the new code. Once that was resolved, our stay was wonderful. The manager was pretty prompt in responding to our issue.

Beautiful beach vacation

Lovely spotless clean house,stunning ocean views, gorgeous sunsets. Very responsive management and owner. The neighborhood is very hilly and the teens walked up and back to the beach. Those of us with older knees and too much beach paraphernalia had to drive and pay the $10 to park. What a view!

We cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at Dillon Beach.. The house was beyond perfect for us and the location was amazing! The property rental company even provided a little Thanksgiving welcome present which saved me since I forgot the sparkling cider! Thank you for the stay we will be back.

Summer stay

Perfect location for Dillon Beach. Easy walk to beach and the all important General Store. Ample parking which was key for the summer when the beach crowds arrive. The parking is also great if you have a larger vehicle, which can be tight with other Dillon properties. House is clean and comfortable. Views from balcony are gorgeous. Nicely updated kitchen. The downstairs was a perfect spot for kids to have they own space to play while the grownups relax upstairs. Will definitely return.

Great place to spend a family weekend. Quick walk to the general store and beach. Perfect for family. Amazing view. Clean and modern kitchen and bathrooms. A beautiful home away from home. None of us wanted to leave!

Family stay

Nice area, very cute. Not owned by an indici but a rental company that uses VRBO as a third party. We wanted to reschedule due to family coming down with Covid and another elder in the ER but was denie. We even purchased insurance but it didn’t apply because it was through VRBO and not them. I still don’t understand but did not have the time or mental energy to fight on the matter. Overall nice place. Just not the best customer service and the insurance situation was very unfair to customers.

The Lookout is aptly named

What a beautiful house with an awesome view and only 5 minute walk to the beach. It is obviously a well loved home with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. It is so very comfortable to spend time there. The view out the windows are amazing. A great place to watch the ocean from, all day. Which we did because we rented it for the week and worked. Set up our computers on the dining table and did our work like any other day. Except for wonderful walks on the beach with our dog in the morning and sunset. And when we looked up from our computers, there was Bodega Bay in all its splendor. I never got tired of it. It is really a perfect place except for one thing. The upstairs queen bed mattress. It's old, slopes to the middle, transmits every movement of one person to the other, and is just generally uncomfortable. Buy a new mattress and this place is PERFECT!
