This space is an updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in Dillon with a clubhouse with a pool and hot tubs right across the street. In the winter time you will be very close to 5 world class ski resorts and in the summer you are walking distance to Dillon Main Street where there is a farmers market, an amphitheater with movies and free concerts as well as tons of amazing restaurants!

Guests will have access to the unit, the clubhouse (indoor pool, hot tub, ping pong, air hockey, pool tables and community room), back patio with furniture and gas grill, WiFi, cable and all amenities in condo!
Guests can also access outdoor basket ball courts and playground on site!

We will contact you to facilitate your arrival and provide easy access information and codes. No standing in line to check in! Contact-less entry! We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing our properties for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers` guidelines.

Dillon, Colorado, is a small but surprising place with a panoramic view of Lake Dillon and the Gore and Tenmile mountain ranges. Situated between Frisco, Silverthorne and Keystone, the town’s boundaries are blurred along Highways 9 and 6, but its many charms are visible. If your plan is to hit all the Summit County ski resorts in a short period of time, Dillon, Colorado, makes a fantastic base camp because each day you can choose from Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain or Arapahoe Basin. Even the Vail Valley is within reach. Many Summit County locals call Dillon home because of its residential enclaves, but the year-round population is still less than 1,000. For the budget-conscious vacationer, Dillon hotels, motels and vacation rental properties often boast great views at less-costly rates. Dillon has truly walkable spaces but not the main street typical of some other mountain resort towns. Instead the community gathers around several key attractions like the Marina and Amphitheater. Summertime brings the Dillon, Colorado, community together for a weekly concert series, farmer’s markets and boating. Dillon boasts the world’s highest regatta at 9,017 feet above sea level.

This property is newly renovated and in a prime location!
Regardless of season, daytime Dillon, CO, events are bound to send you outdoors. Oftentimes, when visitors learn that Dillon is home to a reservoir, they are surprised to see how big it is and that it comes with dozens of things to do. If catching a lake breeze is one of your daytime Dillon, CO, event goals, you can get out on the water via a standup paddleboard, kayak, sailboat, small yacht or pontoon boat. Water taxis from the Dillon Marina offer a great way to travel from Dillon to Frisco, and the Explore Tour recounts the unusual local history of a town that’s been moved several times (and even purposely flooded). The Farmer’s Market on Fridays during the summer is a weekly destination for Dillon shoppers looking for local products from produce to fashion and art. It’s always a party when there’s face-painting for the kids! A few of the larger annual events present athletic opportunities with altitude. Both the second annual 106-Degree West Triathlon (September) and the Dillon Open Regatta (August) each claim to be the highest events in the world at this elevation (9,000 feet above sea level). In winter, it’s all about the snow sports, so get moving!

We want you to enjoy your vacation but please remember at all times that this is somebody`s home and we expect you to treat it as if it were your own. No smoking. No pets. Please remove shoes upon entering the home. No ski boots inside the home.

1. Agreement: 5 Diamond Lodging, INC (“5 Diamond Lodging”), the Owner and Guest agree as follows: Above Guest is an adult over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends, or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories and as a result will have to vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.

2. Cancellations: Cancellations 61 days or more will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Deposit is forfeited.

3. Security Deposit: The signer of this Agreement agrees to Pay 5 Diamond Lodging the full rental price, which includes a security deposit/damage waiver. A security deposit will be collected for all stays in our executive properties, which must be paid separately and in full by Credit Card approval 30 days prior to check-in. Any damages, losses or excessive cleaning charges incurred by the signer or anyone in signer’s group will be withheld from your security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after a routine inspection of the property has been made and no damage has been discovered. Agreeing to these terms you alone agree to accept responsibility for full payment of your reservation and the integrity of the property rented.

4. Check In: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in times are allowed only when the property is cleaned and ready for occupancy and prior approval through 5 Diamond Lodging is required.

5. Check out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Prior approval by 5 Diamond Lodging is required for a late check-out. Please leave all keys, remote controls and garage door openers (if issued) at the location. A replacement fee will be charged for each lost key, remote control or garage door opener if misplaced.

6. Cleaning: Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. The rental fee you have paid will provide for a normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your vacation right up to the last moment. You are required to leave the property in the same general condition in which it was received and follow the checkout checklist at departure.

7. Sleeping Capacity: Guests and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit all fees paid for any of the following: a. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity b. Using the property for any illegal activities including, but not limited to, the possession or consumption of alcohol by persons less than 21 years of age.
c. Causing damage to the premises rented or to any neighboring properties. d. Any other act which interferes with your neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment of their property. e. Guests will obey the HOA rules and regulations and follow quiet hours from 7am-10pm. No parties or events, loud outdoor music or loud voices. If for any reason law enforcement is called
due to disturbances emanating from the property or grounds there will be a minimum of $250 charged to your credit card per incident. If the short term rental disturbance line is called for any violation of these terms during your stay you may be subject to immediate eviction.
8. Hot tub and Patios: Guest hereby acknowledges that, if the property they have reserved includes a hot-tub, they are fully aware that a hot-tub and the surrounding patio / deck can be dangerous. The deck / patio can be slippery when wet and that injury is likely to occur to anyone who is careless. Guests should observe and adhere to all rules and policies posted at the property. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of the hot tub and patio areas.

9. Pets: 5 Diamond Lodging does not allow pets at any of the properties unless the property is designated as “Pet-Friendly”. Additional cleaning charges or Deposits will apply on a case-by- case basis.

10. Smoking: All . Smoking of any kind in the property will result in additional cleaning charges to the credit card on file or will be deducted from your security deposit.

11. What we supply: The property is equipped and set up as fully-furnished, including linens, blankets, pillows, and towels as well as a fully equipped kitchen, TVs, and furnishings. Although we have made every effort to anticipate most guests’ needs, we may not have all the items you are accustomed to having at your home. If there is an item you cannot do without, we suggest bringing it along.

Very nice condo to stay at close to the resorts. It is a small place with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is comfortable for a family of 3-4 but will get a bit more tight if more people would stay there. It was super hot when we arrived so had to keep windows and balcony door open to cool it off otherwise it was perfect. Very clean and has all the cutlery and kitchenware to cook. The clubhouse was nice. It has a large jacuzzi and a warm swimming pool. The check in was super easy. Communication was great.

The condo was as advertised and appeared recently renovated. It was a nice place to stay and within 25 minutes of four Epic ski resorts, so the location was optimal. We could not seem to change the thermostat temperature, so had to regulate temperature by opening windows. The check in process was awful! To get the keys, you have to navigate in the dark behind a large rec building over slippery, icy sidewalks that are not shoveled. You then find a board of 100 "lock boxes", all of which look very similar. It took me 10 minutes of finger freezing poking around to find the correct box. When I finally found the correct box, it was empty! The check in instructions contain instructions for a "backup" lockbox, which I found after another 10 minutes of searching. Finally, we had our keys. It was also tough to find our specific condo in the dark, as the entrances are unlike any condo building I have previously experienced.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Check in process was a little confusing with the lock boxes and a neighbor yelled at us for parking in their assigned spot. Otherwise, the place was nice and within walking distance (a little over a mile) from Dillion amp.

We stayed for two weeks to use this as our hub for skiing at 6 of the I-70 resorts with minimal hassle and a good value. Key to that was having a very functional kitchen, washer/dryer, nearby shopping, restaurants, and ease of access to Highways 6 and I-70, and this condo met all those needs. The owners were very responsive to a noise issue we had the first two nights and helped us to resolve it for the rest of the stay. Would agree with other reviews that you can't be cold in this condo even with the heat off. We did not take advantage of the complex hot tub/pool since even though this condo closest to it, it's really too far to walk in the elements to get there (but there's lots of parking if you wish). Overall a good value for this popular area.

We had a wonderful time in this cute, updated condo! We had a quick response when we had an issue getting the lock box opened so check in wound up being a breeze. The condo temperature was extremely warm (even though the control was set low) but luckily it was cold outside so opening windows helped cool things off when needed. Furniture and beds were comfortable and we had a wonderful stay.

The condo was recently upgraded and perfect for our needs. I always cook a lot of meals and so use the kitchen extensively, and this was the most well stocked kitchen I've ever been in. You know when the host includes a cheese grader that they've covered every base! The location was also perfect for our stay. Close to everything we wanted and needed in Dillon and Silverthorne and just a good all around area in general. We had a bit of a challenge checking out with the lock box situation, but Hannah answered as soon as I called and took care of everything. As a final thought, the club house and hot tub were awesome, and we used it daily. Most days several residents where there and they were great to talk to and hang out. Definitely would return, especially for the price when you compare to what I've paid in the past in other locations, such as Silverthorne, for far less appealing accommodations.

The entire process went smoothly. The unit appeared to be recently remodeled and was very nice! The complex and building seemed a bit dated and could use a little sprucing up. Overall, it was a very good unit and for what we paid it was a great value! Very happy that we stayed here.

Clean, spacious, and close to everything. It was just a short way down the road to Sun and Ski Sports where I got all my gear for the lake or trail this summer. Looking forward to some skiing this winter and will definitely look this place up again.

We had the best time at this condo in Dillon. Super clean, comfortable beds, washer and dryer (which was great after a long day of hiking). Super easy to get to restaurants and Dillon Marina. Quaint neighborhood with a lot of nice families. Quick walk to the free bus. Definitely recommend!! We will be back!

This is a great little condo- well outfitted, convenient location, lots of beds, new appliances. We stayed for a ski weekend and had a few issues. The first was that we couldn’t get into the lock box which had the keys. Tried calling the management company and even their after hours number rolled to voice mail- they never called us back. If I were the owners I’d expect more for whatever they are paying them. The 2nd was even though the temperature outside was in the single digits and we had the thermostat set at 65 so the heat never came on, the condo was uncomfortably warm. The folks in the first floor condo below us must have been cranking their furnace (and heat does rise...). Our daughter, who is always cold, even said she had a hard time sleeping because it was too hot to sleep.
