Very Good

Perfect spot to make home for a stay in Dillon. Walking distance to great food and fun on the lake. Short drive to Breck or Keystone makes this a great base camp. Fully recommend and will be staying here again.

Stay was fine but being 74, the stairs were tuff. Water in bathtub was a problem. Could use work.

Overall satisfied with property. If not for being 74 on the third floor without an elevator I would have no complaints.

Ski Trip

Great views over Lake DIllon from the 3rd floor balcony and 1 block away from the bus stop for the connection to Keystone Ski resort. Property was clean, orderly, well supplied with kitchen utensils, towels and bedding. The unit stayed comfortably warm even with several nights of outside temperatures below zero.
