Family Christmas

We had a wonderful stay in Dillon for Christmas with our family! The views from the property were incredible and there was so much to do just a short drive away. We would definitely return in the winter or the summer!

Amazing stay

We loved the house however everything outside was covered in snow making the outside useless to us. Their wasn't a telescope like the picture listed. Also for the price and location you would think it came with a hot tub. Loved the heated floors as well.

Nice place for a getaway

Good size for family, and nice views. There were plenty of towels and the place was mostly clean. We also appreciated the DVD collection. On the negative side, one tub would not drain, leaving us with one less bathroom to use, and there were some dirty dishes in the cabinet. Seems like the cleaning crew was in a hurry. Wall decor was very dusty, which is also a sign of a quick cleaning job.

Family reunion

First and foremost - BEAUTIFUL VIEWS!!! Huge windows looking out over the world. We all met to celebrate my late husband's life, and couldn't have asked for a more wonderful view and deck to sit and remember. I have added a few comments to make the room assignments and pre-arrival packing a bit easier: - Dining room table tightly seats 8. We could have squeezed 2 more in if we'd thought of rotating the table 90° and putting 2 people on the end corners. - 2nd bedroom on main floor doesn’t have access to a bathroom, must share master bath, which requires coordinations and close living. - Downstairs area really lives well with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and family room. It is noisy, if anyone is walking or talking on the main floor. We might have put the baby and her parents on main floor if we'd known that. - Upstairs bedroom is the quietest room in the house, if that is important. - If you are visiting in the winter, be sure to have at least 4-wheel drive to get up the driveway. We ended up chipping ice and salting in order to walk to the cars. I gave this house a 4 because of some maintenance issues (snow removal among them), the lack of bathroom access to the 2nd bedroom on the main floor (couldn't flush the toilet in the powder room after the children went to sleep, and noise. Otherwise, we really enjoyed ourselves and had plenty of space to spread out.

Freezing cold house

We have a group of people (10) and we was expecting some livable conditions at the property, where we can relax and warm up after skiing/snowboarding. Check in was at 4 pm. However, property was absolutely not ready. It was less than 60 degree inside and it went up to 62 by 9 pm. Management was saying that it’s normal for this house. But, after checking the description of the property, I was able to convince management to save us from freezing. One of the associates was more helpful, she brought some heaters around 10 pm. Right after she left, electricity went off in a few bedrooms and few bathrooms. Heaters was no option anymore for some people… Management couldn’t help us. After several calls, they was able to offer me “call next day to check on you”. Guess what? Nobody called! Also, they provided info about the breaker for electricity later. This is not it. Be ready for cold shower if you have more than 4 people in the house taking shower same day. Boiler is capable to preheat only 5 portions of water for shower. It’s not in the description also btw. Property wasn’t absolutely clean. Very dusty. They will ask you ti take a trash 10 min from house (DRIVING!!) and they didn’t even provided a code to the gate. To summarize: I paid 6k for a house with no heat, hot water, where I have to clean shelves and take care of the trash. Nothing mentioned in the description. Useless management.

Amazing Views!

Perfect location with amazing mountain views We enjoyed the deck, number of bedrooms, games. House is gorgeous and well decorated. It needs a thorough clean as lots of cobwebs and a few of the smoke detectors need attention. Overall great home! Enjoyed it very much!!

Breathtaking Views; rent an Allwheel Drive

We loved the gathering place inside this home, the bedrooms were well spaced, and there was an area downstairs that our younger adults and 2 teens hung out in. The Master Suite was pure luxury. One of our group rented a regular car and could not make it up the driveway, so had to park on the street. This caused subsequent problems, so definitely consider renting an all-wheel drive if you're traveling in the winter. Not just because of the driveway which has a slight incline, but also the snowy roads between Dillon, Breckinridge and Denver..

The house was good but a bit small if you have more than 12 people. The house owner was giving us a hard time a bit and kept sending messages that there's cameras outside of the home....which was weird we weren't doing anything wrong , we were there over Thanksgiving. Overall all was good .

Stunning House

The home is perfect for families the views are incredible & what we loved the most was mountain right next to the home . My granddaughters got to hike every morning in the snow. Over all the home was amazing every room had its own unique style . Beautiful Beautiful Home .

Views are Priceless!

This is a beautiful, well-maintained home that was extremely comfortable for our visit. The house is large enough to accommodate three to four families depending on how much space each needs. We had 6 adults and 5 children (2 infants) and had plenty of room. This house is clearly loved by its owners and the quality and care is reflected in the finishings and furniture. The property manager was very helpful and responsive, even delivering some things we needed mid-stay to make our trip more comfortable. This house would be great for a large group of friends or a group of families. It is close to downtown Dillon and a very quick drive to Keystone or Breckenridge. I highly recommend this house for your next visit to Summit County!
