Our Colorado 2024 early June stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo is in decent condition. We did have an issue with a leak coming through the slab floor for 2 1/2 days but we were moved to another condo readily available next-door and we’re given $100 return. We did feel like we dealt with it for the 2 1/2 days and should’ve gotten a little bit more for our time and hassle and mess.

Everything and more...

First the few negatives... - bathroom in was a little backed up - common areas of the property could use a little more maintenance - Beds were about a 6/10. - front bedroom/daybed gets cold. Fortunately there is a pull out sofa. Other than that, we absolutely loved this condo. As short term rental hosts ourselves, we appreciated so many small details provided by the host. Things like: - wood burning stove - record player with many albums - incredibly decorated (10/10) - the view across the lake was amazing. One of the best views you’ll ever see. - nicely stocked kitchen (9/10) We could go on but the best compliment we can give is we would actually come back here and Look to stay in THIS unit again. Thanks!

The view from condo is breathtaking! Condo had all we needed and was very cozy. Perfect for two! Only issues were the bedroom ceiling fan was covered in dust and baseboard heating was open.

Clean, comfortable and centrally located!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dillon Ski Condo. It was recently renovated and the decor was charming. The kitchen was fully stocked and the condo was spotless. We loved the location - beautiful views of the lake and mountains - as well as the wood burning fireplace after a long day on the mountain. It was a great starting point for both Keystone and Vail. Would definitely stay here again.

Most impressive view in all of Colorado! Water and Mountains together!

Stunning view! Amazingly cozy condo with the best decor you imagine! Everything you need is there. We were very impressed. Summit Resort Management was wonderful and helpful as well. We just couldn't get enough of that view! Vail and Breckenridge are just minutes away! Yet, we loved Lake Dillon more and we certainly LOVED Copper Mountain for the skiing, snowboarding, snow-tubing, and other activities...it was just minutes away too! Great location...no, BEST location - hands down! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable time for our family!
