This property is amazing. It is exactly as listed with the most beautiful views. We were able to walk to amphitheater for our concert. The property was super clean and stocked with lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows! We loved it and will be back.

This condo was one of the nicest we have rented. I cooked thanksgiving dinner and had everything i needed except a pie plate! Very clean and the people at Summit were very easy to work with.

Amazing property with breathtaking views!

Amazing property with breathtaking views! Nothing like lake and mountain views right out your patio and bedrooms. Clean and everything we needed. There was a little work area with a desk that was an added bonus. It allowed to do some remote work during some downtime. We walked daily for coffee, beer and eats. We had a few questions on our arrival. Communication with property management was fast and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

The three bedrooms and three baths was fantastic for a group stay. We enjoyed the use the onsite hot tub and pool as well as playing board games by the fireplace in the evenings. The view of the lake from the property was incredible - on our last day we even saw a double rainbow over the lake during a passing rainstorm. The location of the property is fantastic as we did outings to nearby Keystone, Breckenridge, and Frisco. There is a City Market and other shops right across the street from the property which was extremely convenient. Would highly recommend Point Dillon 401 and hope to return again soon!

It was clean and had a cozy living room with fireplace. However, the master bathroom was tiny. Biggest issue was that the elevator was very dicey. Another resident told us to avoid it, and a SRG staff member also told us to avoid the elevator due to frequent issues. This was very frustrating as we wouldn’t have rented the condo without the elevator. Moving all our bags at the end of our stay was especially difficult without the elevator. Otherwise, this is a great rental. But for this level of rental, the elevator should not be a hazard.

Beautiful View!

This condo has been updated and is nice. The view from this building is always amazing and this time didn't disappoint. I can only give 4 stars because the elevator didn't work and we didn't know that until we picked up the keys and the lady said "hope the elevator works." I have bad knees and the stairs are a problem. The couch blanket which is needed during the winter had dog hair all over it, it wasn't washed before us. There is a temperature control panel in the bedroom that has so many LED lights it lights up the bedroom. I had to hang a sock over it. The 3ft of snow on the side balcony for the master and queen rooms wasn't cleared so we couldn't use that area to enjoy the view. The shower in the hall bath is up about 12 inches off the floor and very dangerous to get in and out of. The positives are the condo is quiet, the kitchen is stocked, the refrigerator is large and the view is amazing! We had a good time and it was nice to be able to all stay together. It would be nice to just have a code to get in instead of going to the management company but that's manageable.
