Property Description
One of the most stunning locations in Dillon! The Anchorage 35 is a newly updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath on the second floor with wood fireplace and amazing mountain and lake views. Located on Lake Dillon. Sleeps 6. Living area has floor to ceiling windows, flatscreen and wood fireplace. Free Wifi and Roku. Fully equipped kitchen has slab granite counters, stainless appliances, Keurig and drip coffee makers, ice maker and plenty of space for cooking. Dining table for 6. Spacious entry with boot bench, hall closet and gear racks. Large covered deck has table for 4. This south-facing deck can be used year-round. Full-size washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Must climb 1 set of stairs to the unit.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.
~ Queen, private bath in master.
~ Double/Twin bunk with Twin Trundle
~ Queen Sofabed in living room with shared hall bath

2 Parking Permits are provided in the unit. The unit has 2 unassigned surface parking spots in the lot next to the building.
Location
The Anchorage is a beautiful complex right on the water with well maintained grounds. Hot Tub looks over the lake with soaring mountain views. Big lawn for play in winter or summer.
In the summer take an easy flat walk along the shore or footpath to the Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar and the Dillon Amphitheater. On the Summit County Recreation/Bike path that goes all around the lake and to every town and resort. A wonderful central location. Near Dillon Beach which has SUP and kayak rentals.
In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge. Just 30 minutes to Vail. Less than 5 minutes to City Market, REI, snowsport rental, sporting goods, restaurants, brewpubs, cinema, bowling, nightlife. Less than 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Enjoy the new Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.
Winter Adventures: Thrills & Tranquility
When winter arrives, the mountains transform into an adventure playground. Skiing, snowboarding, AT skiing, and split-boarding offer exciting thrills, while snowshoeing and cross-country skiing provide peaceful exploration. Try fat biking or ice climbing for something different, or enjoy the classic fun of sledding, tubing, ice skating, and ice fishing.
