Tucked away in the breathtaking mountains of Summit County, Deerpath is the ultimate alpine escape. This inviting 3-level, 1,360 sq. ft. log cabin beautifully combines rustic charm with modern amenities, making it perfect for families, couples, or friends eager to connect with nature.

After a day of adventure, unwind in the private outdoor hot tub or gather in one of the spacious living areas, designed to evoke a warm, campfire-like feel. The expansive wraparound deck beckons you to savor the fresh mountain air while grilling against a stunning backdrop of towering pines and clear alpine skies. We can't wait for you to experience the magic of Deerpath!

Just a stone's throw from beautiful Lake Dillon and perfectly situated for easy access to six world-class ski resorts, excitement is just around the corner! You can hit the slopes at Copper Mountain (13 miles), Breckenridge (17 miles), Keystone (8 miles), Arapahoe Basin (11 miles), Loveland (12 miles), or the famous Vail (32 miles).

For those who love biking and hiking, the area offers a wealth of possibilities. Plus, a quick 5-minute drive brings you to Silverthorne’s fantastic outlet mall, grocery stores, a movie theater, and a variety of delicious dining options.

-Inside the Cabin-
Master Suite: Located upstairs via a whimsical log spiral staircase, it features a queen bed, a private half bath, and a cozy reading nook.

Main Floor: An inviting living room with a sleeper sofa, gas stove, stereo, smart TV, a ¾ bath, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the scenic wraparound deck.

Lower Level: Two bedrooms—one with a queen bed, the other with a full—share a full bathroom. There's also a second living area with another smart TV and convenient laundry facilities.

Thoughtful Amenities: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy hotel-style touches, including fresh linens, plush towels, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, and home essentials like paper goods, dish soap, and a drip coffee maker.

Great cabin in Dillon!

Cozy cabin/house in Dillon. Close to hiking, biking, etc. Lots of room and very comfortable. Close to hiking and Biking trails, breweries, and shopping! Loved our time here.

Great stay two years in a row

This is the second year we have stayed here. It's a cute cabin with plenty of comforts near town. We did have some cleanliness issues this time that we didn't last time: dog poop in the yard from a previous bad stayer. Some open soap and beard trimmings in the bathroom. This was definitely not the usual case though

The property is cute. Plenty of hot water for dishes and showers. Enjoyed the hot tub both nights. Cooked 3 meals and had all we needed for that (pans, utensils, plates, even spices!). Netflix (etc.) included was nice for winding down in the evening. Deck was gorgeous with a great mountain view. Only this house and one other tucked into a little alcove which felt kind of private which I liked. Missed the driveway a couple times, there is a sign it's just at a strange little crossroad kind of. Some space out back to walk the dogs, also close enough to the neighborhood around the corner to go for a longer walk. Lots of many emails and texts beforehand about processes, which I personally greatly appreciated, especially the texts with links for ease of check in and check out. Thermostat at 65 was a bit hot for us downstairs the first night, but turning it down to 63 the second night helped a lot, 60 was too cold. Only two downfalls for my particular party. The stairs leading in to the house on the second floor are slatted and my dogs had a very hard time getting up/down them. I ended up grabbing my car floor mats to put on the stairs for the dogs to walk up. Also, the staircases are tough on the knees. Gorgeous, but my older dog was afraid to go down them, a little slippery, and my 40 year old plus occupants needed to go very slow as well, so it was a little tough. Just something to be aware of if anyone in your party, human or canine, has a hard time with stairs.

Snow capped mountain view

The “tree house” as we nick named it, was very convenient to hiking, casual and more upscale dining. The hot tub forced everyone’s phones down and was a great amenity for our post hiking adventure. As an FYI, the spiral stairs are rough on aging knees. Also, the pie shaped shower on the main floor is teeny tiny.

Super relaxing mountain getaway

The house and property were so cozy and my wife and I really thought that that made our mountain getaway that much better. It was easy to find and get access to and provided all the amenities we needed. The hot tub was a nice thing to have as well! We're already planning on coming back with some more people in the future!

Super cute cabin. Good location, just outside of town. May want to block or shade the triangle windows for loft privacy. We felt a bit awkward at times, in the bedroom.

Dillon basecamp

Terrific character; mountain views; comfortably fit 6 adults; and perfect basecamp for cycling, rafting, kayaking, and hiking excursions...and a short walk to Dillon restaurants. Great place!

Beautiful place, great location

Our family of 4 adults and 3 kids stayed in this beautiful cabin. It was an excellent location for all of the ski resorts. We visited Abasin, Copper and Vail. All a very short drive. Not to mention the cabin itself is beautiful and super clean. Very convenient to the grocery store and several restaurants. 10/10 recommend!!

Perfect place for a winter vacation

We booked this house knowing it was close to all of the major ski resorts but didn’t realize how close it really was, 10-25 min drive to Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail! Dillon and Frisco are the cutest towns to hang out in and we enjoyed them more than Breckenridge! The house itself was great, and everyone loved the hot tub! Perfect for a winter getaway.

Very well maintained property, every area was spotless. Hot tub was the cleanest i have ever seen in tubs. Only issue, the front door does not open all the way and needs to be shaved down to allow complete access. Overall very pleased.

Great location

Very nice property. Chose this property for pets. The stairs to the front door were a challenge for our dog as they are metal and not solid. I understand these are good for snow in winter just difficult for pets to use, we had to carry them. Otherwise we had a very good stay.

Great stay at an amazing cabin and great location.

Really loved the cabin. It had all the basic things we needed during our stay. The location of the cabin is good with 5/10 mins drive to all cafés and restaurants. The hot tub was a great addition to the overall experience.
