One room has a dressing room with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, along with an exit to the garden and terrace. Another room comes with a dressing room and two beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long, also with an exit to the garden and terrace.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine.
