Très bon séjour malgré la météo. Très bon accueil, logement parfait et idéalement placé. Par contre, le parking pose problème pour son entrée très serrée et les manœuvres de stationnement plutôt compliquées. Cela va mieux avec l'habitude mais il faut être très attentif. Cela n'a cependant pas empêché un séjour très agréable.

L’appartement est très bien placé, on peut tout faire à pied. Il y a de belles balades à faire dans la région et la plage à nos pieds. On a apprécié le calme malgré l’emplacement central. La communication était parfaite avec Mme Meliet.

Bel appartement au centre de Dinard

Spacieux deux pièces, de construction récente, aménagé et décoré avec goût. Agréable terrasse donnant sur l'arrière de l'immeuble. Quartier animé avec de très bons restaurants et de nombreux commerces à proximité. Malgré cela, l'appartement est silencieux et la terrasse très calme, bien que sentant un peu la friture des restaurants. Jolies plages tout près: à 100 m de la plage de l'Écluse et 800 m de la plage de Saint-Enogat. Belles balades tout le long du rivage, avec de jolies vues sur Saint Malo et sur le large. Le parking au sous-sol de la résidence, proposé en option, est très pratique car le stationnement extérieur est difficile, mais n'est pas accessible aux grosses voitures. L'appartement est bien équipé, avec notamment un Wifi de bonne qualité, mais sans lave-linge ni lave-vaisselle. Accueil attentif par Mme Desbois. Dans l'ensemble, ce séjour a été très agréable pour moi, et je ne peux que recommander cette location.

Une semaine à Dinard

Très bon séjour à Dinard, dans un appartement situé au coeur de la ville, tout pouvant se faire à pied. Nous avons pu profiter d'une belle terrasse et de la plage à 5minutes de marche. Très bon accueil de Madame Desbois et nous l'en remercions. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette escapade dans une très jolie ville avec beaucoup de promenades en bord de mer.

Super Séjour

Nous avons avec ma famille passer un super séjour. L’appartement est très agréable confortable et bien aménagé. La déco est top. Il est bien situé : 5 min de la plage et aux pieds des commerces et restaurant. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Madame D et elle a été aux petits soins pendant tout notre séjour. Un grand merci à elle. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Dinard. L'appartement est très agréable, lumineux, confortable et proche de tous les commerces, du marché, et de la plage. Nous avons tout fait à pied ! Je confirme qu'il est très bien insonorisé : aucun bruit ne monte des restaurants voisins. Nous sommes ravis de notre choix ! Très bon accueil de notre hôtesse, Denise

Appartement idéalement situé

L’appartement est vraiment très bien situé en centre ville et spacieux pour un couple. Il est doté d’un ascenseur. L’accès au parking n’est par contre pas très aisé et le véhicule doit être de petit gabarit. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire.

Un appartement de qualité au cœur de Dinard

Séjour agréable, malgré un temps variable, au centre de Dinard, proche de tout (commerces, marché, plage et promenades). Aucune nuisance sonore venant des restaurants (ce que nous redoutions un peu). Atout majeur : la présence de Mme Desbois, qui a remédié avec efficacité et gentillesse les petits inconvénients qui ne lui avaient pas encore été signalés (notamment un frigo défaillant et quelques éléments de vaisselle ébréchés).
