Ac works great, so many restaurants and convenience stores around, bed and bedding are good, there is no lobby but communication was easy by the phone. "This was a perfect spot to stay for our week stay in Seoul. It was fairly close to all of the places on our itinerary as it was about a 10 minute walk to the train station. Moreover, the room itself was really nice, minimal and a small space but very clean and very well organized"
