“Most things were great really, our toilet’s chain came off I let the front desk know and they fixed it right away. The new text feature was amazing as I actually used it twice. Maybe consider stocking a few meds like pepto or antacid in the like store as that would have helped one night. The pool was really cold, but that could have been just me. I was surprised there was no hot tub. But overall was a great stay.”

“A Great Stay at a Great Price! I had a very pleasant experience staying at Knights Inn North Bay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, quiet, and had all the essentials including a microwave, fridge, and strong Wi-Fi. The location is convenient—close to downtown but tucked away enough to be peaceful. Excellent value for the price. I’ll definitely be staying here again!”

“Reception and check-in was easy, quick, accommodated me 4 hours early which was extremely helpful. Very polite and professional employees from reception right down to cleaning staff. No complaints about the room at all. Surprising very quiet even with a fully booked hotel. Safe parking I left golf.clubs and fishing gear in my in tinted car and was assured nothing to worry about and they were right. All in all I will use this place over and over. ”

“Expedia canceled my reservation without giving me a reason. I called Lakeshore Suites directly and they were friendly, sympathetic and took care of my canceled reservation over the phone in a matter of minutes. If I’m ever in North Bay again, I know where I’ll be staying. Many thanks to Vim and everyone at Lakeshore Suites! ”

“This place is beautiful!....great views of the lake golf course right out your back door, quite even tho they had two events going on .The only thing that could have been better is that the AC unit was not keeping up with the warm weather but was not terrible. Will 100% stay again and recommend this property ”
