Orlando Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course Hotels

"The property is sufficient and nice for families (flew in with three daughters 11, 13, & 16). We did a quick trip to Disney for my 16 year old and had the room with the fireworks view. Although the view is a cute bonus, once at the actual display the next night there's no comparison :) There is a complimentary bus shuttle to Disney offered each day, please note: you must scan a QR code for the link and make a reservation at least 1 day before it is needed. It is prompt for the scheduled times there and back so be ready to go! The room appeared to be clean, however we always travel with items to wipe & spray down as a routine. The toilet seat could have used a little more attention once we did our quick clean routine. Housekeeping comes ever other day, and I must say she spent time cleaning (even mopped) and was very pleasant. The overall set-up of the room worked, however, the TV is located strangely on a side wall. But this was not a huge issue since we were on a quick 3 night/2.5 day trip and stayed busy at Disney. The pool area and set up is really nice and my girls thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant is okay to grab a meal from. There is a breakfast in the morning if interested. The hotel is not designed to be fancy, but accommodating, comfortable, together, and without major issues for families and individuals. Our stay went well and my daughters were so happy with the overall trip and experience. "

"We had to leave earlier than expected due to bed bugs in our room. I ended up having to visit urgent care because I am extremely allergic to the bites, and the medical provider confirmed they were bed bug bites. This completely ruined our trip and was very distressing for my family. I am extremely disappointed because I previously stayed at this property in August 2025 and the cleanliness was excellent. Unfortunately, this stay was the complete opposite. The room was not properly cleaned during housekeeping service the sheets were never changed on the scheduled cleaning day, and the floor remained very dirty. My one-year-old was walking around the room in white socks, and they quickly turned black from the dirt on the floor. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable, especially with a young child staying in the room. Due to the bed bug situation and the lack of proper cleaning, we had no choice but to leave early."

"Our room was huge. It was very comfortable except that we were in a corner unit close to the ice machine so it was a little noisy. The beds were comfortable sheets were nice. Everything was clean. The continental breakfast was very busy, but the tables needed to be cleaned and there was no one to be found to do it. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It was clean. And comfortable. "
