“When we arrived we were told they had a overbooking problem, so we were told to go to another property. This 2nd property was excellent so we just wasted less than 1 hour although they could have told us in advance. On Sunday evening there was not any hot water and we were told "Sorry!, we are working on it", which was not true because at 1am the water was still cold. “We loved our stay at the Coffee Estate Inn. From the moment we checked in, the receptionist was welcoming and helpful, even recommending beautiful routes for scenic drives nearby. The accommodation was amazing, and the estate itself is truly stunning. The photos really do not do justice to the scenery. “This property is absolutely beautiful. There is a small river that runs through the grounds that I just found so peaceful. The rooms are large, clean, and we'll furnished with a kitchen. It was expressed to me that check in is smoother if done the night before but wish I would have been told it is NECESSARY to do the check in before arrival as there is no staff on grounds. There are also hotels/restaurants within walking distance which was also nice since we did not want to go all the way to……
