"The room was clean and comfortable but it lacked the ‘workspace’ that was advertised. There was certainly space for a desk, but sadly not one available. When we visited the front entrance was closed and so we had to use the back entrance which was in a vermin infested back alley with the overflowing bins from local businesses. "The apartment was a bit run down, old and unused with garbage bags, no toilet paper, no washcloths on the floor, no dishwashing liquid. Not to mention the dust. The block was under repair, only cables everywhere. I was there in mid-August. However, the sheets and towels were really clean."

Im Sommer wird es nicht zu heiß, da sich der Hauptteil im Souterrain befindet. Ein eigener Parkplatz rundet das Ganze ab.Als kleine Anregung: Gardinen für den Hauptbereich wären schön, um den Raum bei Bedarf etwas mehr zu verdunkeln. Das vorhandene Plissee ist zwar schon eine tolle Idee, reicht aber ggf für einige Gäste nicht aus - VG"
