“This house is cozy and just what our family wanted. The host was outstanding: very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The location is a quiet street and, most wonderful, the house is actually right on the water, so that at high tide the water is literally under the house and it feels like being on a houseboat. At low tide there's a beach right outside the back door. The location was one of the best things about this place for us; others we've had, on the Atlantic coast, don't, of course, come……

“Perfect place to stay! Definitely recommend!- GORGEOUS views of the Cape- dog friendly- we loved the decor and vibe of the unit- easy walkway straight down to the beach- coffee machine is always a plus!- you can tell the hosts thought through the details of the stay and want to make the renters comfortable. Little touches like the basket of beach towels by the deck door. - Deanna was super responsive with any questions we had. Hosts were very friendly.”
