「On 4 PM arrival, apartment had not been cleaned. The cleaner arrived at 6 PM and completed cleaning at 7 PM. The pictured bedside lamp didn't have a shade. The owner replaced the lamp and refunded 30% of my first day's rent to compensate for the uncleaned apartment. As noted by a previous guest, the photos don't show the heavily stained and ridged carpet or two holes punched in the bathroom door. 「We stayed over a week on business pleasure trip, 2 bars, 2 baths perfect. Place is clean, modern, amazing views from 14th floor. Only complaint is there was no fob to enter the building and use for the gym and top floor meeting room which was a great inconvenience, building security let us in the gym but there should be a fob. 」
