“房间有令人不舒服的气味”

“The lady that checked us in was awesome. No elevator and our second floor room wasn’t what my new knee wanted to hear, but this young lady offered and alternate room. We wanted the business room we reserved, so she helped us carry everything up and even gave us a closer parking spot to help my knee problem. She was so kind. The breakfast was great and so was the young lady that served us. We complimented the two ladies when talking to the manager and when we checked out, the manager helped……

“The staff at the front desk and the pool were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and my kids really enjoyed the slides! Even though it was the long weekend, the pool wasn’t crowded, we only met two or three other groups of guests. I did notice, however, that the beds in the room seemed a bit smaller or shorter than usual. The shower water pressure was a bit weak, and the toilet flush didn’t always work properly, which was a little surprising for such a new hotel.”
