“The staff was very friendly. We had a clean room with lots of space.”

“The staff wasn’t easy to deal with at all to check in. Took me over a half hour to check in and finally get room keys. I also had two rooms booked under my name and that seemed to be an issue - at first they would only let me check in for the first room not both. I’ve never had trouble checking in at other canaltas or hotels. This canalta was a huge let down and I’ll be trying a different hotel in provost or simply staying in another town close by - these rooms plus the hassle with staff wasn’t……

“We couldn’t even stay there it was so disgusting, the were bandages in the stairwell the second floor had no flooring the rooms had water stains on the ceiling the tv was filthy I didn’t even want to look in the bathroom Expedia was no help in getting a refund I saw this guy that looked like a crackhead coming out of one of the rooms”

“Don’t expect too much when you stay here. One window was broken. The bathtub was siliconed on multiple spaces as it was cracked. Garbage can lid was broken. Lights above bed were no longer straight and look like they were about to fall off. Bed was decently comfortable. Lots of space on the inside !”
