「clean room helpful staff」

「Breakfast was ordinary and the room keys kept getting demagnetized. However, the place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. All in all, we were happy with our experience here.」

「The place is clean. Wish I knew that I could save on the cost by booking directly. There is a sign on the door and at the front desk that you need to call for assistance. The fellow did come quickly and he was very nice but it’s like the place isn’t busy enough to have someone at the desk full time. Doors locked and no one around in the morning. Just put keys into slot. It was fine but considering how empty the place appeared to be I feel the price should have been lower. The rooms and bedding...

「Good for a long stay, though it can feel busy. My room had a large gap between the door and the frame, so you could see people walking by and even into the room if you looked closely. Because of that gap, you could also open the door with any card by aiming at the latch. The staff said this had been reported, they must really fix it. Luckily, I was able to move to another room. They promised that if something opens the door, they will shoulder your stay.」

「The room was clean and in good order, the staff were all very polite and friendly. THE BREAKFAST was fantastic not just muffins and a banana… omelettes, wraps, sausages, waffle station, parfait station…. Well worth it. The pool and hot tub were very clean well maintained.」

「Nice variety at breakfast. Lack of furniture on the king room awkward. Would have been nice to have a sofa and coffee table for morning coffee. To remove dirty furniture is good, but not replacing it is just weird on the part of CanAlta. we paid full rate same as other guests who HAD furniture. Have stayed at CanAlta several locations and always had a fully furnished room on the past.」
