"We were on motorcycle trip. Picked this facility to stay at because of the good photos and ratings. And we also knew we would need a hot tub after a long day riding. Unfortunately pool and hot tub were not serviceable. This was not advertised when we booked otherwise we would have found a hotel that had one. Was very important to us. That was the only complaint though. Is an exceptional facility."
