“My wife and I stayed here when we came to town for a concert at the united center. We actually walked to the venue and it was about 45 mins, a lovely walk. It was a very convenient location, lovely apartment, and the host communicated very well. Check in and out was easy. Great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Cute small place that my family and I were able to relax in. We stayed only a night due to last minute plans but everything went very smoothly. Great area to walk around in. Parking can be hard to find but fortunately we were able to find one down a block. The high ceiling in the livingroom and kitchen made it feel spacious. Wonderful!”

“Great communication, lovely upstairs apartment. We had a great stay. Check-in and out was easy and efficient. Host was easy to work with and accommodating. Thanks for everything!”

“This apartment is in a safe and charming neighbourhood. I felt comfortable walking home at night. It’s also easy to drive, right next to the highway. Thanks, Nathan, for your thorough research on parking. The city was doing some construction, and parking was prohibited during my stay, but you found an alternative.”

“Overall, I would rent this place again. The rug and the couches had some stains on them. Which I’m sure is to be expected in a popular area. Host communicated very well and quickly. Very close to a lot of things, but just far enough away from the magnificent mile that it wasn’t a terribly busy area. You were able to walk around with no issues. Several stores close so easy access to water and drinks.”

“Quiet, but in a great location. Walking distance to Whole Foods, restaurants, bowling, comedy club, and more. Lots of space. Would stay here again!”

“Nice location very close to subway and great nightlife. Clean and efficient.”

“The property is well located in a safe neighborhood steps from a red-line station (convenient for the Loop and Wrigley field). The unit is spacious and spotlessly clean and being on the 12th floor mitigates outside noise. The unit is well provisioned with most items you will need for your stay. The arrangement of separate bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment allows for maximum privacy. Note that the ‘private’ patio is on the roof and can be freely used by all residents of the building.……

“Host was very helpful and communicative, VRBO was clean and stocked plenty with supplies if needed and very central to Lincoln Park and only a quick walk to Wicker Park”

“Host helped out as soon as there was an unavoidable (small) issue. Great communication, and excellent accomidation overall. The space was as advertised. I enjoyed my stay.”

“High end furnishings; spectacular 3 rd floor balcony with chairs. Huge TV in LR. Well appointed bar and kitchen. Every appliance you could imagine. We lived it”

“Such great attention to what a traveler needs, like plenty of hooks in the bathroom! So modern & clean, great location, great hosts! Loved that they had a bonfire pit option! The sauna AND jetted tub was so appreciated after a 30 mile bike ride through the city. Great quality coffee provided. Nice secure back courtyard to store our bikes - no problem finding street parking. Note, the bed is low to the ground, for those with aging bodies:)”

“Fantastische loft , mooi uitzicht en je loopt zo de stad in”

“Clean and well put together, great location that's near the subway.”

“We liked the layout of the property with downstairs bedroom for parents and space for their two kids. Upstairs kitchen and dining area is spacious and attractive. Good neighborhood with cool elevated path for walking and biking just two blocks away.”

“The property was great. Perfect location, beautiful, good decor. Definitely recommend it and stay again there. Host was very good too, very responsive when I needed it.”

“I had an amazing stay at Tracee's place. It was quiet, clean, plenty of parking and served all of my needs. Tracee was responsive and very accommodating of my stay.”
