Our room was seperate from the main hotel. The area itself felt safe and it was quite. The doors within the building we were in were very loud, anytime someone would exit either the shared bathroom or their room you would hear it loud enough to wake you from a sleep. We also had to ask for more pillows as ours could have barley been called pillows, but the staff were wonderful with how polite they were.

Our reservation was not is the system at first but the reception guy was helpful and our booking was confirmed so we got another room at the end. The hostel is a minute drive from the hotel. Had a cozy room and shared facilities with everything you need. Overall it was clean und recommendable.

Mi aspettavo molto di meno, l'ostello era molto carino e pulito, anche i bagni in comune. Cucina con tutto il necessario. L'unico appunto che posso fare è che le pulizie iniziano subito alla mattina presto, io le farei dopo che l'ospite è andato via.

Very clean in quaint town location

Great Stay! Very clean and quiet. Well stocked kitchen in case you want to cook your own meals. Also very close to the main hotel in case you want to grab a meal at the very quaint restaurant. The Spanish waiter at the restaurant is excellent. Only one supermarket and gas station nearby. Closes early

Naja...

Eine Nacht knapp 180€ für ein sehr einfaches Zimmer ohne Frühstück ist schon ne Wucht. Gemeinschaftsküche war ok, Schränke aber dreckig /schimmlig. Bad waren gut. Aber in allem einfach viel tu teuer für das was man bekommt.

Très bien. Personnel très accueillant et efficace. Restaurant délicieux, pas donné mais comme partout en Islande. Les sanitaires communs étaient propres, aucun soucis a ce niveau. Les petits bémols : - la connexion wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas depuis notre chambre - les rideaux qui laissaient passer beaucoup de lumière donc nous avons moyennement bien dormi

Hard to find but worth the effort

Not clearly marked and s bit hard to locate even in such a sparse Township. Had to check in at the restaurant slash larger Hotel near the harbor three or four blocks away but overall clean and relaxing. Restaurant is expensive by American Standards but good value compared with typical Icelandic prices

Stanza piccola per 4 persone. Con 2 valigie si fa fatica a muoversi. La porta ha una serratura durissima che i bambini non riuscivano quasi ad aprire (consigliato di oliare il meccanismo) e che per chiudere andava sbattuta forte. Nell'ingresso un odore pessimo. Letto a castello senza scaletta.

Oli hankala löytää sisäänkirjautumispaikka, kun siitä ei ollut mainintaa sen enempää hotels.com -sivuilla kuin hostellin ovessakaan. Kiertelimme ympäri rakennusta ja kylää, kunnes löysimme ihan eri osoitteesta samalla nimellä toimivan hotellin, josta saimme avaimen. Muuten olimme tyytyväisiä. Kiva hengailukeittiö, siistit huoneet ja hostellin sijainti lähellä satamaa ja kylän keskustaa. Sopi hyvin myös pikkulapsiperheelle. Kiitos!
