「Great location in the Docklands. Very quiet over the festive season. Comfy, secure, clean, well laid out apartment. With the small additions of pepper and salt containers, and a kitchen hand towel, the apartment would be perfect. Would happily go back again.」

「My family has stayed in a two-bedroom unit for 7 nights. The unit has equipped with everything, suitable for simple cooking. The unit was clean and tidy. The open view to docklands was wonderful. We shall recommend and would stay at the apartment again in our next visit to Melbourne.」

「近Central Pier tram station, 行5分鐘左右。 如搭Sky bus去機場， Stop 7,Stop 8都近。 今次入住時值除夕，能於房間露台看到煙花，非常好！ 另外附近有不少食肆，有間華人開的海鮮店，生蠔約Aus $2隻，新鮮、鮮甜，懶去Victoria Market的話，也可試試。」

「The staff is super nice and helpful. This apartment is at a perfect location which allows convenient transportation to CBD, South Melbourne, St.kilda etc... Sometimes, you might enjoy the beautiful sunset and sunrise by the dock at the perfect timing. Our unit is spacious, clean and tidy. One point to add, if you wanna cook a delicious meal for your family and friends. There is a supermarket nearby (Woolsworth) and the unit has a variety of kitchenware for you to choose.」

「地點方便，附近有兩個team station 及Skybus station, 要步行過Southbank 只需10分鐘；房間很大，但光線較暗、有很多塵、浴室用品感覺是上一手用剩留下的，所有都是一半及有水漬。」
