"Staff are nice, room are clean and spacious, but the open bath is pretty small. A little remote if not driving and to be honest, taking rail + hotel shuttle would be a better option, considering it is a 5 hours drive to Tokyo, but it is only 25 mins drive to Kawazu to see Sakura, and they got many good restaurants nearby. "

"We had a wonderful time in this beautiful hotel and it was the best decision to stay 2 nights since there are 5 to 6 onsen places here! And the staff Junna and Ishihara are lovely and attentive to our needs, hotel breakfast and dinner are all tasty and you can enjoy in the room with a great view(the room Hara is recommended), we also borrowed auto-bike from the hotel with a fair price (2 for 500 yen/hour) exploring this small quiet place with bike is a must!"

"Hotel is very old, both room & facility, service is really so so, no clear sign for getting to outdoor onset, need taking many steps down to onsen, not convenient for old people, and no towels provided. Food is also not as expected. Overall not really comfortable stay compare to the price."
