“Simonetta was delightful and explained everything very well. When we needed her she responded quickly. The little house is adorable and had everything we needed. The view- Fantastic!! A lovely patio and chairs to sit on as we sipped the wonderful wine from her vineyard and enjoyed the view. We also enjoyed meeting her son who runs the wine shop and helped us decide with our tastings. Orvieto is an ancient city not to be missed. ”

“Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Herrenhaus. Der Pool ist großartig, der Blick atemberaubend und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen plus zwei Kinder. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider riecht es etwas aus dem Abfluss. Das Haus an sich ist sehr alt und das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. ”

“This was our second visit to the Yellow House. It is a lovely house with a fabulous pool and set in stunning Italian countryside. One is surrounded by nature here so it is very peaceful. We saw wild boars in the early mornings and at dusk - playing in the fields below the house. ”

“Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. We were told to feed, some bring some cat food.”

“Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !”
