"A few things to be prepared for. When you arrive there is no front desk. You have to carry your bags up approximately 12 steps, no ramp, no wheelchair access. If you wish to park underground you must buy a parking pass otherwise it is street parking. We had two rooms, one the cleaners had missed ..."

"There were only blinds on the bedroom window. All other windows didn't have blinds. The place was very hot and several of the windows you could slide up to open but they wouldn't stay open and would just slide back down in closed position. No air conditioning either.
