「Amazing scene. But Hotel staff are not friendly. STAFF in the front desk and concierge are indifferent, erogate. We asked for details of the sunrise tour, the first thing she told us was the cacelation policy instead of what we expected to enjoy!! Coffee machine and even kettle are not working. no change arranged even requested. With the exceptionally expensive room rate, not money worthwhile. 」

「I loved the stay at the resort, and will be going back for sure. I stayed with my parents in the village loft chalet, which provided a nice bedroom downstairs for them and then upstairs I had the loft with its own bathroom and shower, which was great. And they had their own en suite bathroom too. It was very quiet, and loved getting out for a walk in the evenings. Spent a lot of time down at the pools. All the guests, so friendly. 「Nice place. For 4 day stay it would be nice to have a few more towels for the hot tub and a few more dishes in the kitchen (then we wouldn't have to run the dishwasher so often).」
