My experience at Fairmont Doha was absolutely exquisite amazing and top-notch service. I will recommend that place to many people and I will definitely be returning. Thank you very much.

Stayed at Fairmont and next to us was Raffles. Fairmonts windows were mostly dirty and looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a while whereas Raffles (next tower) looked like they'd been regularly cleaned.
Lady at check-in was quite standard with the check-in process and you'd like to think if you arrive early by approx 75 mins before check in time, they'd let you enter your room like other hotels have allowed us in the past but this lady did not offer but said she'd charge over a £100 extra to do that, kindly devlined and just waited instead. Orher staff were friendly. Complakned about the stained windows bug no offer to change to a different room.
Was open to pay extra for a room upgrade but the same lady didn't seen interested and just said the balcony sea view isn't accessible and if it did I'd have to sign some disclaimer to do so. Never had I experienced this at other many hotels I have stayed at. Then the pillows in the room were stained!
Thats the negatives.
The food was awesome at breakfast, lifts were quick and entry staff were helpful and friendly.
Overall, I'd give 2/5 stars for the experience.

We recently stayed at the Fairmont Doha for a week and it was such a wonderful stay. Vanessa was such a gem. She had such a great friendly personality, very welcoming, caring, attentive and easy to strike a good conversation with. The room was impeccable 10/10. Everything was immaculate and well thought of. The pools were a good size and the views were amazing especially being by the pool side at night time and seeing the city lights all lit up.

We had a terrible experience here - it was our honeymoon and we were so excited to be staying at such a grand hotel but within the first 24hrs, Fairmont proved otherwise. We requested for an iron in the room which arrived 45 minutes later after contacting front desk twice & speaking to a very unbothered staff member. In addition, room service was poor generally - towels were not replenished on time and evening room turnaround was not completed. Dirty plates were not cleared nor was the room cleanliness. Facilities were just as disappointing - Small shower head was leaking, no sockets in the bathroom to use a hairdryer, no mirrors where sockets were placed in the room.
We were highly disappointed having spent so much money and looking forward to our stay initially. Highly do not recommend and will not be returning back.

The Staff were brillian and customer service excellent. Had dinner at the 33 rd floor restaurant and the head chef ( a Korean) was amazing with his knowledge and uderstanding of his office. And for the guys at the conceige, amazing. What can I say of the maids and those at reception. Will definately come back
