The apartment itself is lovely and clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Monica was super-helpful and provided us with useful suggestions for places to see. "Lovely place, very central in the Old Town. The room and overall hotel were both modern and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I did find it strange that making up a room was only done on request even for a 3 night stay. Even when we did ask it wasnt done and so we had to ask for fresh towels and do without any cleaning during our stay. Bottled water out of reusable bottles is provided but we had to go down daily to get these refilled. Great stay overall...

"Really nice building with large apartments in a side street in the area of National Museum , Wenzelsplatz, Opera and Main Station. Newly restored so very clean. We were 3 but there was enough room to host 4 people with all their belongings. Friendly staff that answered all questions almost immediately , even though the communication was over mails. Only negative thing was other guests who were way too loud in the staircase slamming doors.. We would definitely book it again!"

"Not too easy to check-in, I had trouble finding the keys to the apartment as I had to walk around the building with my luggage to get the keys hidden in a little safe behind a door. Otherwise, owner replies quickly to questions, but doesn’t speak English so communication was hard via phone but easier with text messages. The location is nice, quite a walk from prague city center. The grocery store downstairs is a plus. The appartement is nice and clean, but one of the two lights in the kitchen...
