「I truly enjoyed my stay. The house was comfortable and fully stocked with everything. Plenty of space and a nice area. It was close to restaurants and etc. The only thing that was missing was the fire pit. We were looking forward to that but they don't have it any more. The dishes in the dish washer was dirty but we cleaned them and informed the nanager. I rate this house 9.」

「We were not able to stay at our reserved place. The host called us the day before and told us that the heat went out in the property we had reserved, and could not be fixed in time. However, the host owns other properties in Birmingham, and so gave us other options. We were satisfied with the replacement. The host gave us a refund on the price difference.Consequently, this five star rating is for the customer service, not for the property listed, since I cannot comment on that.」
