"The property is on Calle Relox which close to Cathedrals, restaurants, art galleries, shopping...the location is definitely 👍.
In the apartments itself we enjoyed the open layout and traditional interior design and color. Having the patio right outside was also nice.
The hosts responded quickly when I reached out.
The only minor drawback was the dogs and roosters in the morning but you'll get that un most places in SM. "

"Muy mala experiencia con este alojamiento. Lamentablemente, las instalaciones no cumplieron con lo anunciado ni con las condiciones mínimas que uno espera al realizar una reservación.
La cafetera estaba sucia, el congelador no congelaba y la estufa simplemente no funcionaba, lo que nos impidió utilizar adecuadamente varios de los servicios incluidos en el alojamiento.
Además, la comunicación con el hotel fue pésima. Fue muy complicado obtener atención y soluciones a los inconvenientes que...

"From check in to check out, the team was very attentive! Place was centrally located near, restaurants, Parroquia and center of town. Jacuzzi are had amazing views.
Unit itself was clean, modern and had every day amenities that made our stay extra special. Washer/dryer, full size refrigerator and the bed was so comfortable!
The attentiveness of the team made our stay so flawless, we can’t wait to visit again.

"The place was just not very nice, rugs were old and dirty the chairs were stained, no cable TV and not worth the price. The only positive was the location.
Expedia however was wonderful they went out of their way to get missing glasses and utensils, had the rugs removed and ordered an extensive cleaning and offered to move us or a discount which we accepted. "

"Incredibly disappointing stay. This is a beautiful, well appointed property, but that didn't make up for pests in the kitchen and the lack of response when I messaged the property manager about the issue. I made a point of reserving a place with a kitchen to cook for myself and I did not feel comfortable using the kitchen at all. "
