「The door lock was broken, there was a lot of noise on the second floor, and the dog barked incessantly. I checked that breakfast was included, and he said, "Let me show you a picture of where it says so." I showed it to him, even though he knows perfectly well it's included. The breakfast was tasteless. The next day we had to find another place.」

「Nadine, front desk clerk, was great and very helpful. I met Terry and Nancy, the owners, who were gracious and very nice. The sink in the bathroom was a beautiful ceramic design which added to the the charm of the hotel. I didn't use the pool but it is a great amenity. The breakfasts were excellent and a nice way to start a day of touring on a full stomach. The restaurant across the street was not very good but Nectar down the street had great food. 「We faced some challenges for what could have been a lovely stay in this well-located hotel in the heart of Granada, just steps away from the main plaza. We booked the largest suite which is a loft, with two large king sized beds on two levels. We were a group of 3 adults, 2 of whom are over six feet tall. We wanted the additional space, and needed the larger beds of the loft room. At our check in, we were told the loft room was unfortunately unavailable due to an issue with the air conditioning,...

「Incredibly delightful stay at the Voco. Clean rooms, comfortable and spacious beds, air-conditioned rooms, solid wifi and television, and such a convenient location for the hotel. The hotel also has a small parking lot on site, which was really helpful. We asked for a recommendation for a tour of the Isletas. The staff called their connection and we were on our way in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place for locals or foreigners.」
